Most properties are fully onboarded within 3 to 7 business days. This includes listing rebuild, PMS setup, dynamic pricing activation, cleaning coordination, and all communication templates going live.
Yes. You retain full ownership of your listings and accounts. We operate as your management layer. You can review all messages, bookings, and pricing at any time and receive monthly reports on everything we do.
Not necessarily. We work within your existing setup if you use Hospitable, Uplisting, Lodgify, HostAway, or Octorate. If you do not use a PMS yet we will recommend and configure the best fit during onboarding at no extra cost.
